Use the change of base rule for each of these

I'll do the first one.

 

$$log_3 17 = log_{10}17/log_{10}3$$

$${\frac{{log}_{10}\left({\mathtt{17}}\right)}{{log}_{10}\left({\mathtt{3}}\right)}} = {\mathtt{2.578\: \!901\: \!923\: \!162\: \!565\: \!8}}$$
