This can be solved by simply eliminating and using easy math concepts. (If you want the answer you will have to read the entire explanation)
Our numbers - 52, 29, 36, 75, 24, 47.
Captain's number was odd, but not prime. There is only one odd number that is not prime, 75. (75 is divisible by 5 and 3).
Sally chose a number that is divisible by 4 and 6. There is only ONE number that is divisible by 4 and 6, which is 24. Fun fact, if a number is divisible by a and b, then the number is divisible by a * b.
So we know:
Captain - 75
Sally - 24.
We have left: 52, 29, 36, 47.
Newton chose a number that is divisible by 13, there is only one number that is divisible by 13, which is 52.
So we have left: 29, 36, 47.
Flame's number is even but not the smallest numbers. We have 3 even numbers, 24, 36, and 52. Since 24 and 52 are taken, obviously Flame's number is 36.
Now we have left: 29 and 47
Tyger's number is larger than average. Now this is easy, the answer must be 47 as there are only two answers left, and you choose the larger one. 29 is smaller than average (you can check it).

Well, I guess we could eliminate as we go on so..
Since Flame's number was even and not the smallest, this eliminates 24, 29, 47, and 75. The only possibilities for Flame's number are 36 or 52
Captain's possibilities are now only 75 because all the other numbers are either even, the smallest, or prime.
Sally's possibilities are 36 or 24 because her number had to be divisible by 4 or 6.
The only number that fit Newton's requirements was 52 because it had to be divisible by 13.
For Tyger's number, we have to figure out the average. That is just adding all the numbers up and dividing by how much there were. So, 52 + 29 + 36 + 75 + 24 + 47 = 263.... 263 / 6 = 43.8333333 repeating. The only numbers that are greater than this are 52, 75, and 47
Now we can get the answer.
[ Captain's number is 75,
Flame's number is 36
Sally's number is 24
Newton's number is 52
Tyger's number is 47
And 29 was sadly neglected]
