Don't know how to do limits yet, but for Part 4, I think it means to solve when x = 0.

So when the x-value is 0, on the graphs, there are two possible answers. Either 3 or -2. 

Sorry I haven't learned pre-calc, maybe someone mroe educated can help!

The limit as x tends to zero from below is 3

The limit as x tends to zero from above is -2

The limit as x tends to zero makes no sense so it is undefined.

f(0)= ................. well what is the y value when x=0?
