Well, we know that the slope intercept form is y=mx+b. To find m, find the slope of those two points using the formula.
Then, use any of those 2 points to subsitiute it in for x and y.

The formula to find the slope is Y2-Y1/X2-X1. Substitute x and y and solve.
Now you've got your slope.
Write the equation y=mx+b again, this time with the slope. To find b (the y intercept), plug any of those two points into the
equation and solve for b.
Now you've got your equation
