Also Given,  Total number os students is 170

I will assume that A' means the number of students NOT doing A.  The notation I would use is a A bar.     $$\bar A$$

$$n(\bar A)=170-50-70 = 50\\ n(\bar C)=170-20-70 = 80\\ n(\bar A \cap \bar C)=170-50-70-20=30$$
