PIck a pair     say   -7   -32      sub into first equation    -32 = -4(-7) - 4   ?  

                                                                                      -32 = 24 ?    no

try the next one      and the one after that  and the one after that until one of them is 'true '    <====== that will be your answer

Notice  that  y changes  by 4  when x  changes  by 1

So....the slope of  this function  is  change in y  / change in x  =    4/1   = 4

Since  the  point  (-3, -16)  is on the  graph, we have

y = 4 ( x - - 3)  -  16

y = 4 ( x + 3)  -  16

y = 4x  + 12  - 16

y  = 4x  - 4
