What is an estimate of the solution of the equation 6n+3=2? use a table
"n" can take the values of: 3 or 4 ONLY, when it =21 and 27.
I don't understand??
When n=3, your equation becomes: (6*3) + 3 = 21
When n=4, your equation becomes: (6*4) + 3 = 27
6n+3=2
n result of 6n + 3
-2 -9
-1 -3
0 3
So...... 6n + 3 must equal 2 when n is between -1 and 0
[ The actual solution is that n = -1/6 ]
