Two cards are drawn without replacement from a standard deck of 5252 playing cards. What is the probability of choosing a queen for the second card drawn, if the first card, drawn without replacement, was a jack?

As long as  a queen  wasn't  the first draw, the probability  for  drawing a queen on the second draw is the same no matter what the  first  card was.....

This equals    4 / 51
