Simplify the following:
-(1+3/5)/((-2)/3)

Multiply the numerator of -(1+3/5)/((-2)/3) by the reciprocal of the denominator. -(1+3/5)/((-2)/3) = (-(1+3/5) 3)/(-2):
(-(1+3/5)×3)/(-2)

Put 1+3/5 over the common denominator 5. 1+3/5  =  5/5+3/5:
(-5/5+3/5 3)/(-2)

5/5+3/5  =  (5+3)/5:
(-(5+3)/5×3)/(-2)

5+3 = 8:
(-8/5×3)/(-2)

(-(8×3)/5)/(-2) = (-8×3)/(5 (-2)):
(-8×3)/(5 (-2))

The gcd of 8 and -2 is 2, so (-8×3)/(5 (-2)) = (-(2×4) 3)/(5 (2 (-1))) = 2/2×(-4×3)/(5 (-1)) = (-4×3)/(5 (-1)):
(-4×3)/(5×-1)

(-4×3)/(5 (-1)) = (-1)/(-1)×(4×3)/5 = (4×3)/5:
(4×3)/5

4×3  =  12:
Answer: |  12/5

\(\frac{-1\frac{3}{5}}{-\frac{2}{3}}=\frac{\frac{8}{5}}{\frac{2}{3}}=\frac{8}{5}\times\frac{3}{2}=\frac{12}{5}=2\frac{2}{5}\)
