Factor the 32n^4 that is under the radical to 2(16)n^2(n^2)

You can pull out the 16 from under the radical and
replace with 4 on the outside. So 4 times the 3 already
outside the radical equals 12.

Next, you can pull out both n^2 factors and replace
with one n^2 on the outside.

The final result is 12n^2.square roots of 2.
