It's the standard number, in scientific a notation will be said as 1.3 x 10^6 but in standard notation it's 1,300,000.

I'm assuming you meant scientific notation. When converting standard into scientific notation (usually large numbers) After the first digit, you count the number of digits that occur. This number will be the power of your scientific notation After that, the first digit will appear before the decimal and every digit that isn't 0 will be listed after the decimal place. After this, you will times it by 10 to the power of the number earlier.
