100% -  (33.33% + 15 % ) = 51.667 % blue

Second batch is   1/(3+1) = 1/4th = 25% blue

.51667 (300)    +   .25(120)      =   x (420)         where x is the decimal percentage that is blue in the final concoction.

                                                                                   solve for 'x'
