\(\frac{2x+3}{log_4x}>0\\ log_4x\qquad \text{Is negative when 0<x<1}\\ if\;\; 0<x<1\quad then\\ 2x+3<0\\ 2x<-3\\ x<-3/2\\ \text {No solution here. }\)

So the domain of the solution is        \(x>1\)
