BSA = sqrt((height(in) x weight(lbs))/3131)

Your formula doesn't work with the numbers given. Check your numbers carefully.

1.516  =  sqrt (60 * W / 3131)      square both sides

 

1.516^2   = (60/3131) W      multiply both sides by 3131/60

 

(3131/60)1.516^2  = W    ≈ 119.93 lbs
