Assuming that an ace is 1 and a king is 13:

The smallest sum you can get is a 1 on a die and a 1 for an ace for a sum of 2

The largest sum you can get is a 6 on a die and a 13 for a king for a sum of 19.

You can get every sum between these two limits.
