8260 / 7 = R + W 6560 / 8 = R - W
R + W = 1180 (1) R - W = 820 (2)
Add (1) + (2) and we get that
2R = 2000 divide both sides by 2
R = 1000 (mph)
And
R - W = 820
1000 - 820 = W
180 (mph) = W
