Most people could probably do Latex faster, but I'm not good at latex which is why this took so long.

Please wait, I'm going to try to type the WHOLE working out in Latex so might take some time. I am also not really good as Latex so I'm going to use this as practice.

Here is step 1, also I am going to pretend that the = sign at the start is a

accident even though you totally did not just randomly typed this up. Also 4 more steps to go. :)

This looks like the Present Value of a half a dozen cash flows:

=65,545,847.57

It appears that you have done this Latex on your own hard drive and just copied it from there.
