One pipe can fill a pool in 9 hours. Another pipe can fill the pool in 6 hours. How long would it take them to fill the pool if they were working together?

\(\frac{1pool}{9hours}+\frac{1pool}{6 hours}=\frac{5pools}{18 hours} \\~\\ \frac{18hours}{5 pools}=3 \;\;hours\;\; and \;\;3/5\;\; hour \;\;per\;\;pool \\= 3hours\;and\;36 minutes\;\;per\; pool\)

\frac{18hours}{5 pools}=3 \;\;hours\;\; and \;\;3/5\;\; hour \;\;per\;\;pool

\\= 3hours\;and\;36 minutes\;\;per\; pool
