n^2-9n+18 < 0   this is a bowl shaped parabola (because the leading n^2 coefficient is POSITIVE)

                              between the zeroes it will be negative....factor it (you can use the quadratic formula if you cannot do it in your head)

                                find the biggest 'n' that will make it negative (but not EQUAL zero)
