We have 5C2 = 10 possible sets......let's list these

(1,2)   (2, 3)  (3, 4) (4,5)

(1,3)   (2, 4)  (3, 5)

(1, 4)  (2,5)

(1, 5)

 

Note that 1/2 of these meet the criteria of having the larger number being divisible by the smaller
