how do i make the decimal a fraction?
if it's 0.1-0.9 it becomes 1/-9/10
if it's 0.01-0.99 it becomes 1/100-99/100
if it's 0.001-0.999 it becomes 1/1000-999/1000
annd so on
aslos 0.3repeating is 1/3 and 0.6repeating is 1/6
