Help please and thank you!! 

Describe a process you would use to create the perpendicular bisector to a segment AB using only an unmarked straightedge and an unmarked compass. How are we getting an intersection of arcs? How are we getting 2 intersections?

I know but this was my answer and they gave me a 1/3 cause i didn't get the last two questions right... So could you maybe help with that part..?

Step by Step :

1. On segment AC, construct circle with center at A and radius AC

2. And construct circle with center at C and radius AC

3. These circles will intersect at B and  D

4. And AB = BC = AC  = CD = AD  since they are equal radii

5.  Now, ABCD forms a rhombus.....and, by definition of a rhombus, its diagonals AC and BD are  perpendicular bisectors of each other.
