70 km/ hr * 1/2 hr = 35 km
Together they are driving at a closing speed of 70 + 80 = 150 km/hr and they have 110 - 35 km before they meet
(110-35) km / 150 km/hr = 1/2 hr
so Rick will have travelled for an hour before they meet.....he will be 70 km from A when they meet.
