There are 4 green balls, 3 purple balls, 2 orange balls, and 1 white ball in a box. One ball is randomly drawn and replaced, and then another ball is drawn.

What is the probability of getting a purple ball then an orange ball?

We have replacement here....so....

P(purple on 1st draw) = 3/10

P(orange ball on 2nd draw) = 2/10

So...

(3/10) (2/10)   =  6/100   =  3 / 100
