I believe this is only -4 and -3 because those are the only one we can decipher, but I am not sure if there is another way..

"Range" refers  to  the y values covered by the graph....these are   [ -3, 6 ]

 

The y values  - not "points" -  in this range  are  ( -3, 0, 1, 5 )
