(I Think) x can also equal negative all real numbers

i assume you are solving for x, to solve for x you must get all variable on 1 side of equation and variables on the other and solve so

 

-2(2x-3)+4=4x+10

Expand:

-4x+6+4=4x+10

I move all variable to the left side and constants to the right

-4x-4x=10-6-4

-8x=0

-8x/-8=0/-8

x=0
