The slope is    -1/2

And the point  (2,0) is on the graph

So......the equation of the line is

y = (-1/2)(x - 2)

y = (-1/2)x + 1     multiply through by 2

2y  =  -1x + 2

1x + 2y   =   2    ⇒  A = 1, B = 2 and C  = 2
