We have 2^3 * 2^2  =  32 outcomes

The  ones where Coin A has more heads outcomes than Coin B  are

  A         B

HHH   HH      =  1* 1  =  1 way

HHH   TH    =    1 * 2   = 2 ways

HHH   TT    =      1  * 1   = 1 way

HHT    HT  =       3 * 2  = 6 ways

HHT   TT   =       3 * 1  =  3 ways

HTT   TT   =       3 * 1  =  3 ways

So....the total ways  =  16

So....the probability  =  16 / 32    =  1  / 2
