There is only a small difference between integral and anti-derivatives.
They are more or less the same thing.
If you know how to differentiate a function (which is learned first) then integrating the answer will take you back to the original function (only the constant won't be known)
This is a very lay explanation. But you can think of integrating as being the opposite of a differentiating.
Much like addition is the opposite of subtraction. x+5-5=x They cancel each other out.
