12.   x^3 - 2x^2 - 5x + 6

Using synthetic division to find the remaining polynomial, we have

1 [ 1       - 2      -5      6 ]

                1      -1     -6

 __________________

     1        -1      -6     0

The remaining polynomial is    x^2  -  x  -  6    which factors as

( x - 3) ( x + 2)

So....the other two roots are    3    and - 2

13......Hint, NSS..the first one and third one are not correct

Put  -1  and - 3  into the other two to see which is correct
