my graphic calculator fx-9860GII is getting the Tan , Sin and COS wrong what should I do

Check to make sure whether ot not that you are in radian mode or degree mode.
+37191 ....or gradian mode...... some calculators have 'DRG' key to switch between.....their should (may) be an indicator on the display to alert you to which mode you are currently using.....
