tomatoes in ingredients = tomatoes in final sauce

Amount of 70% = x

amount of 40% =  (6-x)

70 % (x)    +   40% (5 L - x)     =   60% ( 5 L)

.7 x           + .4 (5-x)                = .6 (5)                       SOlve for 'x' the amount of 70%           then 40% = 5-x
