I just hurriedly wrote down the first ones I thought of. As I continued thinking, I realized there are lots of them.
5 & 15 ..... 6 & 26 ..... 7 & 39 ..... I gues the examples go on forever.

The problem specified even integers. Never mind the 5 pair and the 7 pair.
Here's some more even pairs: 8 & 54 .... 10 & 90 .... 12 & 134 .... 14 & 186 ....
As you can see, these also go on forever.
Just pick an even number, square it, and subtract 10 for the second number.
