Given that \(f(x) = x^k\) where \(k > 0\), what is the range of \(f(x)\) on the interval \([1, \infty)\) ?

The point  (1,1) will be on any graph of this type....and  the range ⇒   inf   as  x ⇒ inf

So...the range of these functions will be  [ 1, inf )
