Not sure you are asking this....   but if alcohol is 24 + 1 = 25%   then the water concentration is  75%

SInce you also ask for water AMOUNT in liters

  original alcohol content =  .24 x

     add    one liter of alcohol    1 (1liter) = 1

       final concentration =  .25 (x+1)

.24x + 1 = .25(x+1)   solve to find x = 75 liters

 final volume of 75 +1 = 76 liters         .25 (76liters) = 19 liters of alcohol     then   75 -19 = 56 liters of water
