I'm not sure what that means. I'm going to assume that the equation is \(c-2c-2c-2\)and 

\(c=7\)

 

We just substitute c:

 

\(c-2c-2c-2=7-2\times7-2\times7-2=7-2=\boxed{5}\), so the answer is 5.
