How to find and arc length in: Arcs and Sectors
The CIRCUMFERENCE of the circle is defined by pi x d where d = diameter
the ARC length will be a FRACTION of this circumference. (there are 360 degrees in a circle)
For a given sector of ' x ' degrees the arc length will be x/360 x ( pi x d )
