-1

5 odds  4 evens

5 out of 9   to be odd on first   and  5 out of 9 for the second   5/9 x 5/9 = 25/81

(this assumes all of the 1-9 numbers are available both draws)

We have  5 odd integers....

P (both odd)   =  5/9  * 4/8    =    5/9 * 1/2   =   5/18

The guest has assumed replacement......my answer  assumes without replacement
