3/2 - 2x ≤ 4x - (5x + 6)

3/2 - 2x ≤  4x - 5x - 6

3/2 - 2x ≤ -1x - 6         rearrange as

3/2 + 6 ≤ x

7.5 ≤ x

So.....7.5   is the smallest number  =   15 / 2
