If (-27/18x^2 + 1/2x + 4)^16 = g(x), what is g(a) if g(a) cancels out all odd degree coefficients?
Just to let you know, f(x) = (-27/18x^2 + 1/2x + 4). f(2) = -1, f(-1) = 2, and f(-4) = -22 .
