Assuming that starting with "0" is not valid, then we have:

 

5! - 4! =96 - 5-digit numbers are possible.

There are 4 options for digit 1 (ignoring 0)

4 for digit 2

3 for 3

2 for 4 and 1 for 5

so 4*4*3*2*1=96

96 5 digit numbers
