tan A  =  y / x  = -5/-12  =  5/12

csc A =   r / y

r =  sqrt (5^2 + 12^2)  =  sqrt (25 + 144)  = sqrt (169)  = 13

Since  y is negative in Q3....then csc A =   13/-5  =  -13/5
