Find the product of all integer divisors of 105 that also divide 14. (Recall that the divisors of an integer may be positive or negative.)

The only numbers that will divide 14 are 2 and 7.

2 won't divide into 105 ... not evenly.  So that leaves only the 7.

A negative 7 is also allowed, so multiply 7 times –7 and you get –49.

If I understood the problem correctly.
