For every whole number, there's an invisible decimal point at the end.
Example: 3,868,000,000=3,868,000,000.
There are always infinite 0s after the decimal point.
Example: 3,868,000,000.=3,868,000,000.000000000... ...
So to convert a whole number to a decimal, all you have to do is add the decimal point and 0s at the end of the number.
