Not sure what you are asking....but only ONE hand can have 2 kings and THREE aces      because there is only one ace left....

    if soemeone else gets 2 kings and three aces you can expect the guns are gonna come out 'cause some dawg is cheatin' !

 

 

As geno points out to me   PERHAPS you mean    how many WAYS are there to deal a 5 card hand with 2 kings and 3 aces????

 

I think it would be     4 c 2     *     4 c 3   = 6  x  4 = 24 ways

Although EP is correct, if the question were:  How many different hands can be constructed that contains 2 kings and 3 aces?

then you would need to select 2 kings from 4 kings and 3 aces from 4 aces:  4C2 x 4C3  =  6 x 4  =  24
