Numbered discs are placed in a box and one disk is selected at random. If there are 5 red disk numbered 1 through 5, and 3 yellow discs numbered 6 through 8, find the probability of selecting a disc numbered 3, given that a red disk is selected.

Since we know that a red disc has been selected......then  the  probability of selecting  the one with a "3"  is  just 1/5
