0 / 0   is known as an "indeterminate" form.......we can't say WHAT it might be

That is not a valid operation. You can't divide by zero. Normally with zero in the numerator, the answer is zero, but equally normally, anything dividided by itself equals one. So 0/0 doesn't work.

 

If you take the function, y=x/x, and you plot the graph, it will look like a horizontal straight line going through y=1.  So it looks like the answer must be 1. But to be correct, 0 is not in the domain of that function. Similarly to plotting the function y=1/x, again, is not in the domain.

 

0/0 just doesn't work.
