A cylindrical oil storage tank has a height of 12 meters and a diameter of 25 meters. If the tank is full, how much oil does it contain? Round to the nearest tenth of a kiloliter (1 m3 = 1 kL). Use 3.14 for π.

The volume of a cylinder is given by

Vc = pi X r^2 * h   = 3.14 * (12.5)^2 * 12 =  5887.5 m^3  = 5887.5 KL
