Hey people need help with hw so here is the question......4 1/2 cups of rice or 6 servings how big is each serving????

If we have 4+(1/2) cups of rice for 6 servings, we have

4 + (1/2)  = 9/2  

Now divide this by 6

(9/2)  /  (6/1 )   = 

9/2  x  1/6  =  9/12   =  3/4  cup
