I got -5y = -3x + 2
then y = -3/-5 + 2/ -5
finally y = 3/5x + 2/-5
I don't know how to graph this though. Can anyone show me how to do it? I don't know how to graph the fraction 2/-5 part.

then find the x intercept when y = 0 x = ?
